Big U and his hover
Here's a question that is plaguing me:
Can big U move up to the party, begin to hover, AND attack? Or would he need to wait for the next round?

Hover is an exceptional ability, which is applicable to his flight movement. He could fly and move to his opponents and attack if he could do so on foot. The only difference is he can maintain his flying while not having any forward movement (not normally possible for a dragon). Accompanied with his Flyby attack he’d be able to almost anything while flying.
NB: While attacking when hovering ‘U’ would lose his wing attacks but gain hind legs.
On a similar topic I would (and did) allow him to hover in his lair (main room 6, IIRC) with the same blinding effects. Needless to say the encounter was devastatingly hard.

Yeah. Well, U laid some smack down in my PBEM. They're still in it, bu the monk is hurtin'. AND they're blind. We'll see what they do. At least they spread out.
