What ever happened to the vampire who haunted this page?
I had never met a guy with more insightful comments about campaigns, strategies, and character development.
I use to run to my wife when the guy thought I had a good idea on one of my posts. She joked that he was probably a thirteen year old kid in Boise, Idaho. But I didn't care.
But I have not seen his posts in quite some time. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of terrific folks here. But I was looking forward to his critique of my campaign once it got going.
Did he just finish his campaign and leave us?

Sorry I have been slipping into lurker mode lately. Being a board moderator here has spread me out a bit, since I actually have to read some of the other forums.
However you guys are still my favorite!
So never fear, I am still here.
And even without my verbose posts, the board is in great hands. It's a terrific crew that hangs out here. I've learned a LOT from you guys.
-Thrommel, who is old enough to have thirteen year-old kids of his own, but they'd more likely be in Berlin than Boise.

Study abroad is an awesome experience, I'd recommend it to anybody.
Although it's really not the best opportunity to rampantly sire vampire spawn - I prefer infiltrating the dwarven temple for that.
Or even the orc encampment. At this point, I'm NOT picky.

ROFL. I'm neither Thrommel, nor 13...but I do happen to be DMing this adventure in Boise, Idaho. Not terribly relevant, but certainly very amusing.

Dang! Those are near my old stomping grounds (WSU... sorta near Boise & Spokane). Too bad I didn't know any of you way back when. :/ That's life I guess.

Don't worry, Dave...I'm not a predatory DM. However, please do feel free to let him know that if he's ever looking for a new group locally, you know someone in the Boise area.
As I'm almost 100% sure he's not one of my crew, I don't think there's any chance he's hearing about the module from me, either.
