Boosted Outer Fane
Here's how it is: I've got 6 PCs. We don't leave out the character when the player's absent, so we always have 6 PCs. At present, they are at the tender levels of 9-11. As I'm not the best DM at the table (I like to believe that I prepare well, but deliver les than well :( ), I've boosted the Outer Fane 2-3 levels.

For those of you who'd like to see how I've done it, who'd like to get one version of how the OF can be organized for use in the game, and/or who'd like to make comments, etc., here's the link.
