Leomond's Secure Shelter in the CRM.
The wizard of the group picked up this spell when he got to seventh level they are back in the CRM. (The first time they stormed the Main gate and really didn't have any trouble until Vanthris almost destroyed the whole party.) This time they stormed the South gate and after the archer of the party took over the platform the group had practically no problem taking out the inhabitants there.
I am figuring they are getting pretty tired now after traveling to the CRM and then fighting in a long battle, and now they are exploring. The wizard will probably try to use Leomond's Secure Shelter when they rest. Do y'all think that people who might find them would try to get in and get to the PCs, or might they leave it alone. Right now the game is basically paused at an encounter between the PCs and the Koa-tous in areas 90-92 or something like that. I will be letting the party know that their endurance is wearing thin and that they might need to rest soon. So they might be resting somewhere in this area.

Depends entirely on who finds them and what the circumstances are.
If it's a predator, it's going to smell them and want a bite, but might not be able to figure out how to get in.
If it's a group of temple guard, and their own temple hasn't been attacked yet, their attitude is likely going to be "lots of strange things go on here...an odd building that wasn't there yesterday is the least of what I've seen...I'll just keep going and report this to the higher-ups." Curiosity is neither prized nor rewarded amongst the L1 Warrior types here.
It would, of course, be far wiser to use this in out-of-the-way places where it wouldn't get noticed as easily.

If the party sets up the shelter in an area controlled by temple forces, then they will be approached at some point, if they were detected. As Andorax mentions, thye guards on patrol would merely report the odd structure and not likely check it further. However, eventually the higher-ups will send a stronger force (not merely a patrol) to the structure to examine it more thoroughly.
