Kadiss and the Elf Warriors aren't always going to be at the position that it says on the map. I figure there will be a 50/50 chance he isn't there at the time the PCs get to area 171. What all other places could he be looking for recruits. And has anyone else put him at other places.

When my group had ade peaceful contact with the Water temple agent near Vranthis (Moolowik?), Kelashein recalled Kadiss and gave the PCs the task of killing all the bugbears as a test of their capabilities.

Kadiss and his elves stayed in some of the empty rooms in the northern parts of the Water temple. They were given a pretty bad time by the kuo-toa, who took out their resentment of humans on the elves.
