Addictiveness of Tanbrosh
I asked this question nested in a previous thread that has since dropped back a page, so I figured I'd ask again.

How addidctive is Tanbrosh? Is one dose enough to get a person hooked? I don't recall as it states specifically in the book, but that is the implication that I get. Since one of my players was stupid enough to take it, I'm getting ready to nail him with the -4 stats and a private note telling him that he has an overwhelming need to go see Tal for another dose.

By the book, yes, a single dose is enough to establish addiction.

Others have posted BoVD style stats for Tanibrosh that are a bit better developed, imho. Check the BoB.

But, as some have pointed out, my BoVD conversion of tanbrosh is flawed. I'll have to rework it and repost it... of course, if anyone wants to, they can do it for me... :b

Re: Addictiveness of Tanbrosh
Well I checked it out, and the only Tanbrosh reference I found just stated that it's addiction was "Vicious". And it was a pellet, when I descibed it as a small vial of brown liquid. Oh, well. If I make him addicted to it, they will be distracted from the CRM for a while, to either find an alchemist to make the antidote, or to find someone with a neutralize poison spell.
