Been a long time!
Hi gang,
It's been... well... forever since I've posted around here. Just wanted to stop in and say hello.
I've received many emails about getting my Interactive Maps finished, that were started so long ago. Truth be told, until I get a new computer, I no longer have the technical capability of producing those maps :-( Too many glitches.
The ones that are finished are still available for download, though, at groups.yahoo.com/group/in...aps/files/
If anyone else has the patience and know-how to finish off the rest of the CRM's, I'd be happy to host the files on my web space.
My group got together for the first time since last summer just last week. Looks like we're leaning more towards the Banewarrens and bypassing the CRM's all together. Perhaps later in the adventure, they'll steer back towards Hommlet.
Take care all!

I have a question... how do you USE the maps? Should I be using Paint Shop Pro (which I am) or something else? When I load one, I see only the background, and I can't figure out what the process is to slowly reveal the rest...

Re: Been a long time!
I'm using the Japanese version so I can't give you the exact names here, but you need to push one of the buttons at the top to display the "layer palette".
Play around turning the different layers on and off and you should figure it out.
Cthuluftaghn good to see you around again! Has your son matured into a veteran player yet?

Thank you!
I was getting SO frustrated... I couldnt find the "layer palette" (mostly because I didnt know it existed)... once you told me to look for it, as you said, it took 5 seconds to figure it out.
Gosh, do I feel dumb!

Hey, cthuluftaghn! Glad to see you're still alive . Kidding, I've checked out your site, so I know you still game. My group really enjoyed using your maps. For the ones where files were not available, we've resorted to tracing paper. Thanks for stopping by.
