Errata: Lareth has memorized too many Tharizdun's Touches
Lareth's spell list in the module includes Tharizdun's Touch memorized 3 times. However, TT is not on the cleric list, it's only a domain spell, so it can only be memorized once (in the 2nd level domain slot). [PHB p156]

Wow, that is bizarre--on two fronts. First, that I don't think I've ever noticed that (3) there the 100s of times I've read over his stats, especially recently preparing for his encounter. And second, that they made that error. Nice catch.

I didn't notice the (3) at first, either. I was copying his spell list to a character sheet, and realized he only had 4 2nd level spells chosen instead of 6 -- it took me a full minute to realize what the (3) meant. At first I thought it was a missing footnote or something. 
For what it's worth, I gave him Spiritual Weapon and Hold Person to fill out the list.
