BoVD spell replacements for Outer Fane
Here are some BoVD spell replacements I´d suggest for the Outer Fane NPCs (as I did before with the CRM), sorted alphabetically. As usual, no "buff" spells were touched.
Dirass:
0: Change Ray of rost to Slash Tongue
3: Major Image to Reality Blind
Another Option would be a Devil´s Eye + Damning Darkness combo, but keep in mind that the Drow use teamwork (so Maracla should have Devil´s Eye prepared, too).
Hedrack:
1: Command to Angry Ache
Doom to Sorrow
2: Death Knell to Wither Limb
3: Summon Monster III to Unliving Weapon (cast on one of his skeleton servants)
7: Blasphemy to Wretched Blight
If you want to use Corrupt Spells and if you are not afraid of a TPK, I would recommend Death by Thorns. Cast it on the Rogue, the Wizard, and the Sorcerer, and see what happens.
Maracla:
3: Contagion to Wrack
Munaath or Yklah:
3: Fireball to Tongue Serpents
Naquent:
2: Spiritual Weapon to Sap Strength
5: Greater Command to Morality Undone
Thrommel:
1: Doom to Boneblast
Ukemil:
1: Bane to Heartache
3: Cure Serious Wounds to Boneblade
