Another World saved
After almost 2 years and 15 PC deaths (7 due to Hedrack) my party finally completted this most epic of adventures. They faced off with the Divine Imix and after 2 mass Heals and 5 Heals they were able to finish him off.
I loved the epic feel of this campaign, but most of all I loved the help I received on this board. It gave me some really good ideas and helped mold the campaign around the characters.
I ran the adventure almost as written. The only major changes I made was using a retired PC as the Champion of Elemental Evil. But most of all I replace Thrommel with Horrus the missing son of the late Vicount Wilfrick. My players were not familiar with the history of Thrommel but their PC's did grow up in Verbobonc and knew about Horrus and Lady Kathryn. It just seemed more personal for my PC's.
I would love to answer any questions before I sign off and send the PC's to the Labrinth of Madness in search of Hedrack.

First and foremost question...why sign off? As an experienced RttToEE DM, you may well have some very valuable insights that others can draw from.
Hang around...keep throwing comments out. After all, there isn't a Labyrinth of Madness forum to take it's place out there.
Oh, and feel free to drop me an email. I've been through LoM myself, and toyed some with a conversion of it to 3E of my own. I have a few...interesting...ideas.

NOOOO!
No more players should be submitted to that... that... THING!
No more tat's, no more hidden things.... Chase Hedrack in a far more sane place, perhaps the Tomb of Horrors?
(mind you, this coming from a player in both modules, and heard enough to be terrified of the ToH)

I'm disappointed...and this from Selene, the provider of the daily Hero's Feast and wielder of the mighty +4 Holy Mercurial Longsword?
'twas her first go at running a truly kicking high-level cleric, she did it well, and she didn't even get (too) mad at me when I had to maximized-fireball her and the rogue. They were wearing Black Puddings at the time, and 'twas the only way prevent them, and their gear, from being eaten alive.
