Stat Blocks
I finished up the CRM stat blocks. If you look on ZansForCans site in the CRM directory, you'll find a ZIP file containing two Word documents. They are formatted with tables of stat blocks on 8.5x11 (sorry non-US). I printed them out to cardstock (110 pound paper) and cut them up. Extremely useful as initiative cards, if you don't have a laptop or PDA.
You can reformat the tables if you want them bigger. A couple have small fonts in order to fit the info (Nilbool especially), so feel free to adapt. Also, I made these up without the final skills errata, so I apologize. One other thing, they contain some splatbook and BoVD revisions (as I plan to use them), so you will need to remove those if you don't want them, or add others.
I'll get around to the Outer Fane, etc. eventually, but if anyone wants to start on them....by all means.  These documents do not include Rastor or any of the Outer Fane (such as the assassins, which the party might/should encounter while in the CRM).

The name is Stat Blocks CRM.zip, and not included here as a direct link because you can't use blanks in links for ezBoard.
Note: All of the files there are given by date, so you can easily check for updates of files on the site (i.e. no "new" section is required).
Edit: Tried to fix direct link and realized you can't.

My stat blocks
Have been posted for months on the yahoogroups site, and last I checked were still accessible. Would have saved you a ton of work, but oh well. Mine are in Avery index card format. Should we put them up at Zan's site too, just to give another option?

Don't think I typed them in all by hand. I used whatever sources were available. It was mostly the reformatting and the inclusion of errata and splatbook changes.
Because of Y! crap service, I do not visit the Y! site anymore and encourage others to join me in my mini-rebellion. If you want to make those files useful, please post them to ZansForCans's site.
Avery Index Card -- I looked for something like this at the local office depot and couldn't find it. It seems like a better solution.

Stat block files, Avery index cards
Thanks Infini, I found the upload section and sent the files off to Zans. You can usually find those index card sheets in Office Depot or Staples, in the same area where the business card sheets and other weird printer stocks are. They only hold 3 3x5 cards per sheet, and come in packages of 50 sheets. I've never had a problem finding them.

The cardstock idea works, too, but it is more of a pain to have to manually cut out the cards. But, you can customize the size and it might be cheaper (especially if your work carries cardstock, if you know what I mean, wink wink).
Thanks for uploading them! I assume you are the same surfal on the Y! site? You've been around for awhile! Thanks for all the great stuff!
Do you have any of the fanes stat blocks? I didn't find any.

Fanes statblocks
I've started on the fanes, but haven't finished them. THus, they aren't uploaded. I will get to them eventually, but if someone wants what I've got I can put them up I guess.

I just uploaded 'Map G Encounters.doc'. Now all the CRM is done in Statblock side by side with the Map. Wahoo.
Its quite big because I put the map in twice, due to all the stats I had 4 pages of material. I made it so that if you put it in a looseleaf notebook you could always see the map.
Thanks for the statblocks Infiniti2000, that made this little project alot easier.

smetzger, it was Surfal I believe who did the "encounters" documents, though maybe some of them are mixed in with Siobharek's insane boosted encounters (I'm kidding, Siobharek ).
I put up the two statblocks documents (in the Stat Blocks CRM.zip file) that have six statblocks per 8.5x11 page, split up into module specific, and MM specific. Each map is also provided, so you can probably easily create the map H page. I like the stat blocks as "initiative" cards, though, which is why I made them up like that.
PS I have uploaded the stat blocks for the tower personnel, and I included the 3 sorcerers from the BoB and made up 7 more, if anyone's interested (a couple were minmaxed a little with some extra stats, and one is an intriguing heavy pick user -- martial wpn prof, keen edge, etc). The riders and spider eaters are duplicated 10 times in the document, however, because I plan to use each on their own initiative card (personal choice), but you don't need to print them all out.

Okay, the update is on ZansForCans's site. I have stat blocks up there for Rastor NPC's and the Orc tribe. The .zip file names should be self-evident. I also have the stat blocks for the tower personnel in the Outer Fane section. Note, there are errors in some of the sorcerer's initiative values (I took out improved initiative and forget to reduce the Init).
