Author Comment Santhalass Faen (7/11/03 8:30 am) Reply need a few suggestions for a drow character. Hi everyone, I want to start out by saying that theses boards rock. I haven't been here in a while, but I'm glad to see that so many new people are joining in... But, now, I'm looking for a few suggestions... I actually have a drow paladin playing in my game!!! yes you heard it right... (long story..) but I was wondering if some of you would like to give me a few suggestions on how characters in the CRM would react to such a character... knowing the history of the drows and their implication with the temple. Any suggestions are welcome... crazy ideas are the best! Roland the red Faen (7/11/03 3:56 pm) Reply Drow Paladin Hmmm...let's see... The Paladin probably has a Holy Symbol prominantly displayed. Reaction: "Look! A good Drow! Kill it!" The Paladin is probably with a group of good adventurers laying waste to the Temple. Reaction: ""Look! A good Drow! Kill it!" The Paladin may be weraing Heavy Plate with a Helm. Reaction: "Look! A good humanoid! Kill it!" The Paladin may not be wearing a helm. Reaction: "Look! A Drow! Kill it!" Hey, I am just teasin' Caedrel Faen (7/13/03 7:34 pm) Reply Re: Drow Paladin There's a couple of drow as guests in the Outer Fane - Dirass and Maracla, I think their names are. The text says that they've only recently figured out that EEE = Tharizdun, so drow probably aren't a common sight in the CRM, except as maybe raiding parties from the Underdark. Still, there may be rumours washing around that the drow are about to enter the fray on the side of the Doomdreamers... even so, there's the whole other faction of drow still worshipping Lolth, who have also been seen picking around the ruins of the Temple, etc. So the first order of business of anybody in the CRM who might view drow as possible allies is to establish what House they belong to...
