For the bestow trap, I think I based it on the Glyph's level, not the Bestow Curse's level.

Kuo-toa Fighters
Swim check doesn't include their shield. I think it should be +6 = +10 - (2x2).
And, two minor comments/reminders on all the K-T SQ's:
The light blindness is blindness for 1 round (same as before), but then dazzled after that. Dazzled is only -1 to attacks, Search, and Spot.
Keen sight no longer aids them vs. astral creatures.

I had him a few short on spent monk skill points. Jump (+5) is out of his list here (perhaps just a transcription bit?), so I first put that back in for him, which made up most of it. After that, one point went to Listen (+12) bringing it up to Monte's level, and one into Spot for +13 total.
I dropped Improved Unarmed Strike into his feat list explicitly (bonus for monks) since they refer to the rules there in the class listing now. I also put back in the Stunning Fist SA listing (although technically a feat now) just to have a place to put the numbers down for the DM. Hope these are OK!
Can I say how annoying it is that kuo-toas are not in the SRD? I have to use a printed book for these critters. Ack! And doing skills for non-humanoids with class levels with non-racial Int bonuses is pretty annoying too. I'm sympathizing with your hair-pulling above...

Oomkaan is missing his half-fiend special qualities. I have this right now:
Quote: Adhesive, amphibious, damage reduction 5/magic, darkvision 60ft., immunity to poison and paralysis, insanity, keen sight, light blindness, natural weapons are treated as magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction, resistance to acid, cold, electricity and fire 10, slippery, spell resistance 16
However, you'll note I didn't stack his electricity resistance from kuo-toa with the template. Should they? I started a relevant thread in the Rules forum.
Also, there's a subtle, but big change to his skills. In 3.0, he got 22 skill points from the template for his 2 racial HD, but in 3.5 he gets the standard (2+3=5) x 11, or 33 more skill points! I maxed out his racial skills, but most were already within 1 (except for Swim & Spot) of the limit (5), so it didn't do much. The remaining 20 points I spent on cross-class ranks of Jump and Tumble to try to increase his combativeness. The final tally is:
Quote: Balance +3, Concentration +6, Esape artist +14, Heal +5, Jump +9, Knowledge (arcana) +7, Knowledge (nature) +7, Knowledge (religion) +8, Listen +8, Move Silently +6, Search +12, Spellcraft +7, Spot +12, Swim +16, Tumble +8
Also, changes his saves per melanikus2k's post. They look right to me.

Her Cha is down from the base sea hag (14->10), so the DCs for her special abilities are lower. The 11 in the text is still good.
Also, I added the bit from the errata about her not having a bow and added the attack lines to her block. I upped the errata suggestion a bit by making it a composite +2 to take some advantage of her massive Str.

Nilbool's skills are a mess in the text. Man, this was a huge time sink to double check First, it looks like his racial bonus for Search/Spot is not in the text. On top of that he has 34 skill points for his racial skills (2x16 + 2) and only 6 skills to spend them on with a max of 5 each (30). The extras don't seem to be spent, and his cleric and wizard skill points don't all seem to be spent either. It ended up being a total of 10 down out of his 69. Yuck.
I added the class ones back in for the 3.5 conversion. He loses points for racial (as all the kuo-toas do). I tried to match most of your numbers, but did have to bump a few more up. I finish with this (25 racial + 10 Clr + 25 Wiz):

Bah! It's fine. You don't want to know how much time I spent on a few of these anyway getting things off all along the way The difficulty in this section was partially wrapped up in some undiscovered errata, which can really throw a wrench in things. Believe me, I'd rather be editing than typing in the blocks! Thanks for all the hard work.
