Re: OF 30
Ukemil's key opens area 40 of the Outer Fane. That's also an errata in the module.

Succubus, and Ogres.
Hmm, issues I did not pick up in the conversion.
With the new space on Ogres, they do not fit as well in the room they are in (they fit but take up alot of room, and connot fight as well as 3.0 ogres). Perhaps a replacement would be a nice touch, or enlarging the room. I could see this being an issue with any other ogres about... Also the corridors mean they can only go one abreast and fight, a bit of a pushover if you ask me.
Succubus: No unholy blight listed !!! I gave her one anyway (it is listed in her tactics). Also the gem and clones - damaging etc. Where is the gem and what are its stats?
I placed it in a recessed hole in the floor, and 10 hardness, 30 hp (magic item). Also I make the clones AC 13, 5 hp to decapitate, or automatic with a coup de grace. Any issues or does this sound ok? (bit late for me but people may read this and find it useful)

Re: Succubus, and Ogres.
Really good points!
I placed a few cautionary notes in rooms that have ogres in tight quarters: C133, OF3, and OF37. I think the ones in C78 still have plenty of space.
I also added a lot to OF38 based on your comments. See what you think of this and offer up any changes or additional bits you'd like:
Quote: p. 123 (OF3 — "EL 7"
The gem here is not described at all. Our suggestion is to make it a magically imbued black star sapphire (hardness 10, hp 30). It is set into a recessed hole in the floor. If taken outside the Fanes it looses its magic enchantment (and will no longer detect as such), although is still worth a market price of 2,000 gp. Within the Fanes, it has a strong transmutation aura.
"Succubus: hp 30; see Monster Manual page 47."
The number of spell-like abilities of a succubus has been reduced in v3.5, and their CR was reduced from 9 to 7. One of the spell-like abilities removed is unholy blight, mentioned in the Tactics section. This makes her even less useful as a straightforward combatant.
There is no details about the clones or their strength or frailty. As inanimate objects, assuming they have no natural armor, the cloned bodies have an AC of 3, but note the special rules under "Smashing an Object" of the Player’s Handbook, pg. 165. They can be considered to have 5 hp each, if needed. If treated as plate armor, the cocoons have a hardness of 10 and 35 hp.
