Peaking Lareth's Interest?
The party is getting pretty close to Lareth, and he has a lot of useful information for the party. This assumes of course that they don’t attack him right away, and that they can deal with his insanity. It should be interesting and a bit disturbing for the party. I don’t see any reason that Lareth would be interested in monetary compensation for his information, so I am trying to figure out what he might want in exchange.
Initially, I thought he would send them to the Waterside Hostel to retrieve something. Lareth figured he would let Wat finish off the party. Of course the party went to the hostel first, so that plan is out.
Any suggestions on what might interest Lareth?

As everyone resident of Nulb knows, all of the good booze was taken to the broken ship by the dock. I think Lareth is Jonesing for a bottle of Wild Turkey. Or, if you don't really want to force the party into a battle, you can have Lareth just want a home cooked meal. If the party wants to go use the Inn to cook him up a good dinner, he'll tell them everything.

Nice!
I like that idea. They probably wouldn't have gotten over to the ship otherwise. They are starting to think that Nulb isn't exactly the garden spot they hoped.
