I made a few handout maps without numbers (Oamarthis's map, Tessimon's, and the dwarven map I think). Let me assure you that it is a painstaking process to do well, and not one I plan to repeat for all of the maps. As I am redoing the layered maps, I am purposefully keeping in all of the numbers. In fact, my players and I find that it is an advantage, not a distraction. The numbers do not affect the roleplay at all, and only help in identifying where loot comes from or where they met particular individuals. Look at the numbers as an aid, rather than a detriment.

Oh yeah, welcome to the boards! I hope you stick around. Your English is far better than my Czech!

Yes a numbers are advantage to determine where e.g. golden ring was found etc.
But if You give some maps, because painting these maps is difficult, and there is a disadvantage. Players look a think, here is a number, here must something be. The number can tell them, that they can expect trap, creature or something.
It's my opinion and experience :D

Today died two of my players, one killed by black puding in CRM and other by grey render. Sun elf mage and Aasimar cleric. But I was a kind and the mage wasn't corroded by its acid and raise dead with regeneration give them back to game. But with equipment it was a worse :)

Re: Can somebody help me?
actually there is maps without numbers on there :)

Archive -> Miscellaneous -> Layered PSD Maps

These maps have been created by some lovely individual who has painstakenly set them up in a layered format so you can hook up a PC to a TV/Projector (depending on how rich you are :P ) and uncover areas one by one.

You will need Adobe Photoshop to read these... or something compatible with this format.

Another thing to consider is that in the CRM (for instance), there's practically something in every room. When my group hit the Fanes, I basically gave them access to the map as written, because Varachan gave them a pretty detailed description. The numbers didn't mean a thing, but one thing I felt was that it removed a lot of the exploration aspect of the adventure.

Therefore I'd reconsider giving your players finished maps, but rather draw them as you go along. I used tracing paper, which worked out quite well.

As an additional note:

I converted the CRM and Outer Fane to a grid (onto grid paper) with 10' squares. I found this made it easier to keep a map I drew the same from session to session. Also it meant I could copy my grid to a peice of grid paper for the party and keep it 100% accurate.

If anyone is interested I could draw these up, but I am unsue of what program to use...
