Kellial - man without a temple
My players have just wiped out the Air Temple and destroyed the altar. Kellial was visiting the Arena and had the Sword of Air with him. IMC, destroying the altar destroys the sword in a manner relevant to the element. In this case, it evaporated into a puff of vapor.

Kellial knows something very bad just happened to the temple, but of course he's not sure what. The cloakers nearby are loyal to the Air Temple. Based on this, I think he'll send one of the cloakers to check things out. The cloaker will go in carefully and try to escape if possible on contact. Either when Kellial realizes he's dealing with "powerful mercenaries from the Earth Temple" he'll take the other cloaker, sneak past the destrachans to the exit and have the cloaker engulf him and fly him to the Air Bridge. This leads a few questions...

1) Can a cloaker fly while engulfing? I can't find a reason in the MM why not, but it seems like his wings would be used in the grapple. There's also the weight, especially since neither will want to leave their treasure behind. I should probably run the math on this.

2) Would Kellial send word in any way to the Inner Temple or the Fire Temple? Probably not the latter, but possibly the former if he thinks he can avoid getting killed out of spite from those wacky bosses on the island.

Re: Kellial - man without a temple
One thing, the Air Temple has no particular affiliation with the Air Bridge, so Kellial should not expect friendly treatment. However, Oamarthis would gladly have Kellial join his group as long as the human doesn't try to take over. Kellial would not inform anyone IMO because he really has no way to get a message into the Outer Fane.

The cloaker can't fly while engulfing, but I suppose Kellial could hold on to the cloaker's (feet?) during the flight. It really doesn't matter, though. If you want Kellial in the NBC, then put him there. :)

I don't view Kellial as particularly loyal, so it's possible he offers his services to the highest bidder. I'm not sure how you can leave clues about this so that the party finds it, but it would be fun.
