RttToEE and Caositech
Has anyone given this any thought, yet? It seems to me that the madness of the cult of Tharizdun and some of this Chaositech stuff ought to work together in some interesting ways.
I'll admit I haven't bought the book, yet. Normally I buy Monte's stuff the moment it's released online, but this time around the wife's making me save the money. Nine dollars, I say, what can it hurt?
Anyway, I'm probably going to get it any how, but I think this could prove to be fun. I'm just starting to run through RttToEE as a DM for the 2nd time now, and as much fun as it is to revisit certian parts, I'd like to add more.

Re: RttToEE and Caositech
RttToEE practically screams Chaositech. The doomdreamers with their madness domain are ideally suited as chaositech cultists.
The Infernal machine could churn out mutations. Satau could easily be dabbling in CT. I would only hint at CT in the CRM - they probably don't dole out stuff like this to anyone by the chief priests and the occasional CT-templated beastie they release.
But once the players get into the Outer Fane, I say start letting loose.
It's a very equipment heavy book, so as a DM the advantage is you can take the stat block of a regular NPC and simply swap some equipment.
IMO, it's a bargain at $9. Great product.
-Thrommel, who will not deny that he's a raving fanboy, but honestly - it's cool.
