Author Comment Grushnak23 Tolling Bell Cultist (2/19/04 12:35 pm) Reply I Want a New Drug IMC I have decided to introduce some of the drugs from BoVD to compliment the Tanbrosh. Tal will be tempting some of the more “open-minded” characters with these narcotics. So my question is related to the mechanics given in BoVD. The description says that they function like diseases as described in the DMG. My confusion is regarding primary and secondary effects. Diseases always have an incubation period listed between the two saves. The drugs do not have this listed. Does the player make two saves right at the beginning? One for primary and one for secondary? Thanks.
