Are there other Greyhawk modules for 3.0/3.5 ed?
Ok I know that I could use a ton of old 2nd ed modules, but frankly there's no way in hell I'm going to try to convert an entire module to 3.5. I'd rather just write one myself, it's probably easier.

So the question is are there any other (official) modules or campaigns out there for Greyhawk, and if so what are they called and where can I find them (doing a search on the WotC site crops up a fat zero minues the Gazetteer)? I like the world and I want to keep playing in it. Actually what surprises me is that it seems WotC seem to be focusing on FR *only* (and maybe Dragonlance?), and it looks like there's very little available for Greyhawk period. What else is there besides the Gazetteer and RttToEE? I think there's the Sunless Citadel and that's all I've seen...

I Don't Think So
Hey, N1njato.

Dungeon Magazine has commercially published "Greyhawk specific" adventures. But, beside RttToEE, WotC has not published any hard-copy v.3.5 adventures for any setting. You can, however, get material from Vicious Venues and Free Original Adventures at WotC. But the latter two are e-files (usually .doc or .pdf files). There is also Living Greyhawk. But those adventures are not designed or issued for home use.

Ask around WotC's Greyhawk Boards and check out Canonfire for some v.3.5 Greyhawk material.

Good luck, and keep Greyhawkin'!

Re: I Don't Think So
The whole adventure path series of modules from WOTC are set in Greyhawk.

Also, check ENWorld for conversions of 1e and 2e modules that people have already done.

I have the classic A1-4 slavers series 3.0 conversions on my website: www.greyhawkonline.com/smetzger/

I'd like to get those sometime. Your link was down though. I'll try again later.

Actually the Wotc Adventure Path series are generic and not specifically set in Greyhawk. They do use the gods that come from the PHB, which are essentially Greyhawk gods.

It certainly is not that hard to place the modules in Greyhawk, but it is up to you to find a region in Greyhawk where you want everything to take place.

Gansk Is Right
Hey, guys. Good thread.

Gansk is right. The WotC advenutres, The Sunless Citadel, Forge of Fury, etc., are generic - meaning they are not campaign specific. They are easily adapdted to any campaign. But, they do require some revising for v.3.5 play.

At the WotC Greyhawk Board there is a short discussion on placing the Iconic adventures. And, if you search the same boards you will probably find similar threads.

Looks good.

Forge of Fury is supposed to be the 2nd in a series of 8. What are the others?

I know this is a RttToEE forum but I think it's related as I expect other people who use RttToEE would like to stay in the same campaign world 'after it's over'.

The List
Yea, some people have used The Sunless Citadel and The Forge of Fury as preludes to RttToEE. I have also seen a few use The Banewarrens and other WotC products in place of the Crater Ridge Mines.

Here is your list:
The Sunless Citadel 1st Level - Bruce R. Cordell
The Forge of Fury 2nd Level - Bruce Baker
The Speaker in Dreams 5th Level - James Wyatt
The Standing Stone 7th Level - John D. Rateliff
Heart of Nightfang Spire 10th Level - Bruce R. Cordell
Deep Horizon 13th Level - Skip Williams
Lord of the Iron Fortress 15th Level - Andy Collins
Bastion of Broken Souls 18th Level - Bruce R. Cordell

Enjoy :)

Re: The List
Be careful about the last one - Bastion of Broken Souls. It says some things about how life & death works and a certain pact by all the gods that you may not want in your campaign. I guess that sort of happens when you're trying to design a module for almost-Epic level characters :)

I'd also second the recommendation for conversions of 2e modules for more Greyhawk specific adventures. My two cautions would be (a) many of these are effectively "in the past" of the material from the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, so you'd have to harmonise that with your current version of history, and (b) these modules probably fall off the bell curve when it comes to treasure attained for levels gained. I love U1-3, but I'm still paying (DM-wise) for the treasure U3 gave the PCs...

Caedrel, who knew deep down that a 3rd level rogue with a ring of invisibility was going to be trouble...

U3? Heck U1 is way off the charts any respectable crew of adventurers will end up with a Ship plus lots and lots of coin and rolls and rolls of silk.

I didn't find that too bad - although my group sailed the ship up and down the coast rather than selling it off. I found all the magical adventuring gear enabling them to go underwater - all those potions of water breathing, the helm of underwater action, the ring of freedom of movement - much more difficult.
