The book says that the doomdreamers send invisible stalkers to kill the bebilith if it gets out of hand in the CRM, but the bebilith has DR 30/+3 and the stalkers can deal 18 damage at most. We had we had discussed alternative measures in a much older thread (search couldn't find it). I think the gist of the whole thing is that somehow the Temple eliminates the threat after a 'suitable' amount of destruction.
