Sweden, Finland, England, New Zealand... and you have to ask why Philly suburbs are boring?
Could be worse, though. I could live in Madison or Flint.

Re: location, location, location
SJERK my friend, you obviously haven't been to Denmark. THEN you could talk about boring...
It's a wonder that not more of us here play D&D.
Siobharek Denmark ...it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

And Madison WI kicks azz. I may live in Minnesota, but I am from Wisconsin and if Madison had a decent tech base I would live there in a second.

Re: Neighbours...
Hello to all of you out there,.....
I'm from Germany - seems to be the first one on this thread...to specify exactly.... I think it's
quite like getting' an overdose of suburbia anywhere.
My little rant: We over here are quite good at shooting and skiing away as fast as possible - it's just what we do all day... when we're in the military anyway!
So before I take cover again: It's nice to be colonialized
by the U.S. - does anyone remember New Amsterdam?
But I won't go to the Oktober - Fest either - never ever.
Conclusion:

is like saying that telephones have conversations"

I live in Vienna (Vienna, Vienna, Austria, to be precise). Was born here, too, and never lived anywhere else.

Seattle by way of Dallas (Denton more specificly.)
Seattle. Gaming Ground Zero.
NxNW X SxSW
Even now I goove to the sounds of SRV, as I watch the sun set over the beutiful olympics and behind the profile of Downtown. Everyting I love to do is here! Rowing, D&D, Mountians, Sailing, Tall Buildings, great food, awsome music, I could go on.
wait a sec... I dont want to share any more than I have to.
IT RAINS ALL THE TIME, NO SUN HERE! NO REASON TO COME TO SEATTLE. NOPE NOTHING TO SEE HERE. CARRY ON. NOBODY SEES THE WIZARDS!

Re: Seattle by way of Dallas (Denton more specificly.)
laugh. I grew up on the west side and transplanted over here to far Eastern washington.
Trust us. It ALWAYS rains here! I have web feet and hands from the rain. Our "mountains" are just someones landfill. It never snows, it rarely sun's, its always windy and cold rain. Always.
Our sports are wet water curling, floating rubber duckies down the Columbia towards the coast, fixing the wagon wheels, wras'ln cattle and hunting buffalos.
Yip.. I gots one dem long hay stalks in my mouth right now!

I live in N/W Indiana about 40 minutes from downtown Chicago. I am surprised at the amount of countries represented here. Maybe all of us U.S. residents can get together at Gen Con this coming summer. Not that the non- U.S. arent invited, I just figured it costs too much.
